1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "60jili" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to 60jili Casino and its operators, as licensed and regulated under applicable Philippine gaming laws.
- "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 60jili Casino platform.
- "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 60jili platform.
- "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to applicable verification requirements.
- "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by 60jili that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

2. Eligibility
To register and use the 60jili Casino platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

60jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
3. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 60jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited.
When registering,
you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. 60jili reserves the right to verify all registration details against government-issued identification documents. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
- You must notify 60jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- 60jili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
- Account sharing with any third party, including family members, is strictly prohibited.
- Players must keep their registered contact details — including mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
60jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and Philippine debit cards. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with current Philippine financial regulations.
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may experience withdrawal holds until identity verification is completed.
- GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
- 60jili does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 60jili bears no responsibility.
- Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing costs.
- 60jili reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
- Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted on the 60jili platform.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
60jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.
- Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered within thirty (30) days of being credited. Unused bonus funds will expire after this period.
- 60jili reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — this will be specified per promotion.

- Players who have opted out of marketing communications remain eligible for bonuses but must claim them manually through the promotions section of their account.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 60jili platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) rates.
- Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
- In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 60jili's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.
- Technical malfunctions — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — void all affected game rounds. Any wagers placed during a malfunction will be refunded to the player's Real Money Balance.
- 60jili does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed, updated, or temporarily suspended for maintenance without prior notice.
- Players must not use any software, tool, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game. This includes but is not limited to bots, card-counting software, and exploit scripts.
- Collusion between players in multiplayer games, including poker and live dealer tables, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 60jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider.
- Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 60jili staff or other players.
- Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
- Selling, transferring, or purchasing 60jili accounts or account balances.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 60jili platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 60jili Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 60jili platform without prior written consent.
- The 60jili name, logo, and all associated brand elements are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
- Game content, including graphics, audio, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 60jili Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
- 60jili does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
- 60jili's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 60jili is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to inadequate password security.
- Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10. Responsible Gaming
60jili Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section of their account or by contacting support.
- Self-excluded players must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during their exclusion period. Any winnings generated during a self-exclusion period will be voided.

- Players aged 21 and above only. 60jili will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age and will return any deposits made, less any bonus amounts.
11. Termination & Suspension
60jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or e-wallet provider.

Upon account closure for cause, 60jili reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 60jili support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals will be completed prior to closure.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
- Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact 60jili's support team to attempt an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process, where applicable.
- 60jili's decisions on game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error or regulatory review.
13. Amendments to These Terms
60jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 60jili will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
